Terms and Conditions
1.1. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By using LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd or any of our services, you acknowledge and accept to abide by these terms.
1.2. Descriptions of properties advertised are based on information provided by the participating properties and are used as a guide only. LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd will not take responsibility for incorrect information.
1.3. In the event that there is a problem with any of our product or services please contact our Customer Support Department. All customers MUST contact us first in regard to any concerns or complaints. LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd will not be responsible if the customer does not contact and advise us in the first instance.
2. Our Services
2.1. We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on the site is accurate, however, as considerable information is accessed from the participating properties we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information, nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. Any features, facilities or services shown to be included are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to change information published on the site at any time.
2.2. LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd does not guarantee the suitability, fitness of purpose, class, standard, rating or visual images of the properties advertised and as such, will not be liable for any misleading or false information, misrepresentations, inaccuracies and errors and therefore will not be liable for any disappointment, loss, delay, expense, illness, injury, death, damage or shock associated, irrespective of its cause. Without limitation, we will not be responsible if the product is not available due to inclement weather conditions or other acts of God. Any information provided at time of booking may be used for promotional purposes.
3. How to Book
3.1. Please make your choice from one or more of the many accommodation options that we have available. You are able to email an enquiry through to one of our distribution channels or call and speak to one of our friendly and experienced reservation consultants, who can organise accommodation at your preferred location.
3.2. Gift Vouchers are available and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Gift Vouchers, in some cases, may be extended for a period of 6 months at the discretion of LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd. If an extension is approved this will be on a once only basis with no further extensions permitted. Extension fee of $25 will apply.
4. Your Obligations
4.1. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking of any accommodation. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied and staying with at least one adult for the duration of the stay. Failure to meet this condition may result in your stay being forfeited. We take no responsibility for incorrect information.
4.2. LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd recommends travel insurance in the event that the customer is unable to attend booking due to reasons covered within the Travel insurance policy provided by QBE. Travel insurance can be arranged at time of booking. Pricing and information can be provided by request. It is the customers’ responsibility to review the PDS applicable to Travel Insurance. LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd does not take any responsibility for services purchased.
4.3. You will be required to supply a credit card on arrival for bond / security purposes. Should a credit card not be available, you may be required to pay a cash bond. Bond requirements are set independently and may vary, it is at the discretion of management as to the amount required
4.4. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully check that all details of the booking confirmation are correct. LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd will not take responsibility if we are not advised of any discrepancies in regard to your booking. LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd will deem the booking details correct and confirmed as per our terms and conditions if not advised within 48hours of any errors.
5. Booking Terms
5.1. A deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. All deposits paid are non refundable or transferable. Deposits may be up to the full amount of the reservation.
5.2. A booking fee will apply to all bookings. Pricing is calculated on a Pro Rata basis and will be advised upon booking.
5.3. Bookings made 35 days prior to the arrival date will be required to pay full payment at time of booking.
5.4. All bookings will require full payment at least 35 days prior to arrival. The credit card holder gives LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd authorisation to automatically process the credit card supplied on this date.
5.5. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are rounded off to the nearest denominator. All pricing is inclusive of Australian GST unless otherwise advised. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
5.6. Any special requests made are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
5.7. By supplying your credit card information you are giving LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd authority to debit your credit card for any monies owing for your booking and therefore are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
6. Booking Cancellations or Amendments
6.1. Bookings cancelled within 35 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total tariff of accommodation.
6.2. If for any reason full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to deem the booking cancelled and appropriate cancellation fees will apply.
6.3. Amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any approved amendments to a processed booking will incur a minimum, non negotiable fee of $25.00 plus any fees imposed by the property. Amendments within 35 days may not be accepted.
7. Product and Service Advertisements
7.1. We have endeavoured to include only quality establishments, however LeisureCom Travel Group Ltd makes no claim in regards to the services or products offered. Please note that the majority of properties are strata titled. In some cases we have contracted privately managed units and some resort facilities may not be available.
8. Domestic Travel Services
8.1. Flights: As a convenience we assist our clients with airline flights and in particular our preferred air line carrier Virgin Blue. Please be advised that you are booking and paying directly to the airline carrier and any issues with your booking must be addressed with the particular airline you booked with. All details of your booking and contact information will be on your booking confirmation that is provided to you by the airline you booked with.
8.2. Car Hire: As a convenience we assist our clients with holiday car rentals and in particular our preferred car rental company EuropCar. Please be advised that you are booking and paying directly to the car hire company and any issues with your booking must be addressed with the particular car hire company you booked with. All details of your booking and contact information will be on your booking confirmation that is provided to you by the car rental company you booked with.
8.3. Travel Insurance: As a convenience we assist our clients with travel insurance through QBE. Please be advised that the travel insurance you are purchasing is being bought and paid directly to QBE and any issues with your travel insurance policy must be addressed directly with QBE. The copy of the travel insurance policy you purchased is provided by QBE.
